We are seeking a dynamic Frontend Executive to manage all receptionist and clerical duties at the forefront of our organization. As the face of Biz2Bits, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive first impressions for our valued clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area with essential supplies readily available.
  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Address inquiries and resolve concerns courteously and efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking detailed messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters, packages, and emails.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as travel arrangements and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of office management principles and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a customer-centric mindset.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications are advantageous.
