- Identify potential Clients independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.


- Creating and closing new business opportunities related to BPO, Enterprise/Govt/International for the company.


- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.


- Management of PNL for various BPO processes.


- Developing relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.


- Recommend which opportunities the business should pursue using criteria such as highest probability of winning, profit potential, etc.


- Should have in depth understanding of cost center operations.


- Can work on aggressive targets.


- Should be aware about the legal aspects of running a call center including registration, licensing, VOIP Lines, Call routing, regularities and technology.


- Must have 8+ years of experience in Business Development.
