Immediate Hiring For Customer/Technical/Backend Support Executive (Voice and Non Voice process)


Company Profile:

We are hiring for one of the top MNC BPO for Mohali location for multiple premium international processes.


Required Candidate profile



*Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


*Undergraduate or Graduate (Freshers and experienced) candidates along with minimum 6 months of experience can apply.


*Tech Graduates are Preferable in Technical Support.


*Should be flexible for Night shift timings


Job Description-


Engaged in handling calls or Chats of customers

Provide World Class Customer Service.

Resolve customer queries and achieve customer delight.

Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements.

Candidates should have technical knowledge related to web hosting and domains.



Salary Package- 21000-32000 per month
