Job Description
- Source and recruit the best candidates by using Database / Job portals / Social media.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Manage entire recruitment process.
- Investigation & background check
- On-boarding of employees.
- Plan and deliver training, including new staff inductions.
- People management.
- Attendance Management and reimbursement management.
- Payroll management.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related issues.
- Develop HR planning strategies.
- Employee engagement
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Multitasking ability
- Time Management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to timelines.
Qualification : MBA HR / MHRM
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Salary:8000 - 10000 Per month
