Source and recruit the best candidates by using Database / Job portals / Social media.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Manage entire recruitment process.
Investigation & background check
On-boarding of employees.
Plan and deliver training, including new staff inductions.
People management.
Attendance Management and reimbursement management.
Payroll management.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related issues.
Develop HR planning strategies.
