Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically savvy individual to join our team as an IT Pre-Sales Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting pre-sales activities by leveraging your technical expertise to enhance marketing strategies and facilitate customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance to the sales team and customers, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution consultations.

· Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop compelling technical content for marketing campaigns, including case studies, and blog posts.

· Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and articulate value propositions.

· Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with technical knowledge and tools necessary to effectively position our IT solutions in the market.

· Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

· Content Development: Create and maintain technical collateral such as product datasheets, solution briefs, and technical presentations.

· Product Expertise: Stay updated on our product portfolio and industry developments to effectively communicate features, benefits, and use cases to customers.

· Customer Advocacy: Serve as a technical advocate for customers, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed during the pre-sales process.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or a similar role within the IT industry.

· Strong understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, and product teams to drive successful pre-sales engagements.

· Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer requirements.

· Experience in developing technical content for marketing purposes, including presentations and sales collateral.

· Familiarity with market research techniques and tools to gather insights for strategic decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
