IT System Support Manager

• IT Infrastructure Management : Manage the overall IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Plan, implement, and supervise upgrades, patches, and installations to maintain system efficiency.
  
  
  
• Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve IT-related issues faced by employees across different locations. Collaborate with the IT helpdesk team to address and resolve user concerns and incidents.
  
  
  
• Maintenance and Monitoring : Regularly monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively take corrective actions to prevent disruptions. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, data recovery, and security updates.
  
  
  
• Vendor Management : Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for IT maintenance. Manage vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and assess vendor performance.
  
  
  
• IT Security and Compliance : Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data and IT assets against cyber threats. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to IT security and data protection.
  
  
  
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals to ensure a high level of technical expertise and customer service. Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  
  
  
• Project Management : Oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  
  
  
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and maintenance activities. Generate regular reports on system performance, incident resolution, and maintenance activities for management review.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  
• Willingness to travel frequently between Noida, Manesar, and other company locations across India.
  
• Proven experience of minimum 10 Years in IT support, maintenance, and infrastructure management, with 4+ years in a manager role.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and server systems.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
  
• Proficiency in IT security practices and compliance requirements.
  
• Project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing IT projects from inception to completion.
  
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
