Job Description:
Officer/Senior Officer

  • Monitor kilns operation, operational parameters and tuning them according to kiln condition to ensure optimum production.
  • Calculations of Kiln and pre-heater Radian losses and convection losses.
  • Monitor operational parameters of VRM, for smooth operation and solving of related problems by inform to the concerning maintenance departments.
  • Actively participate in kiln shut down works.
  • Actively participate in regular general maintenance works (Kiln & V R M).

Competencies:

  • Should be good communicator, team builder, decision maker, fault finder and failure analysis.
  • Kiln operators should enjoy practical and manual work, be physically fit, and employ good judgment with minimum supervision.
  • Good observational and problem-solving skills are needed to make adjustments to kiln settings during the drying and firing process.


Candidate Profile:

  • B.Tech (Chemical Engineer)/Diploma in Cement Technology
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Designation Officer / Senior Officer
