Job Title: Personal Secretary

Location: Namakkal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary. The Personal Secretary will provide administrative support to the [Principal/Executive/CEO], managing their schedule, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the [Principal/Executive/CEO]’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the [Principal/Executive/CEO] and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Conduct research and gather information as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.

Desired Skill Set:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Personal Secretary or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion. Strong attention to detail.
