Plant Controlling Business Partner

Mission:

• 
  Assure a fully transparent reporting process in order to illustrate the financial situation, including identifying opportunities and risks and make recommendations for action; consolidate, perform plausibility checks and comment all provided financial documents.
• Support in determining and optimizing internal standards and processes within his/her own area of expertise.
• Observe/identify trends in his/her area of expertise in order to develop concepts; suggest recommendations for action.
• Conduct mainly conceptual activities within his/her area of expertise.
• Coordination and, if applicable, management of internal projects.
• Creation of parameters including commenting in the area of responsibility.
• Creation of budgets, forecasts, economic efficiency calculations etc. in the respective area of responsibility.
• Creation of management analyses (e.g. planned/actual comparisons in cost and activity accounting for the cost units and cost center etc.) in the respective area of responsibility and implementation of standard analyses and ad-hoc analyses.
• Creation of the cost-unit and cost-center accounting as well as participation in the monthly and annual accounting.
• Implementation of the project and investment controlling for the respective department or the company.
• Management of projects with respect to the introduction and the roll-out of systems and processes.
• Support the development and optimization of financial systems to support single processes in close cooperation with IT, Logistics and all involved units.

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting and Management.
• 5 years and more in Controlling Finance and business administration .
• Fluent in English or German
• Good communication skills
