Role and Responsibilities of Property Manager

• Liaise with clients & landlords in UK
• Monitor statutory compliances
• Handle receivables/payables
• Manage statutory compliances
• Periodic assessment of properties
• Conduct inspections
• Generate month reports

Qualification & Skills Required for Property Manager

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree from any stream
• At least 5 years of work experience in hospitality/Shipping line/Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Realty or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Prompt decision maker
• Good Analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle work independently
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Expert in MS Office and other computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
