Role and Responsibilities of Property Manager
- Liaise with clients & landlords in UK
- Monitor statutory compliances
- Handle receivables/payables
- Manage statutory compliances
- Periodic assessment of properties
- Conduct inspections
- Generate month reports
Qualification & Skills Required for Property Manager
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree from any stream
- At least 5 years of work experience in hospitality/Shipping line/Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Realty or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Prompt decision maker
- Good Analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle work independently
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Expert in MS Office and other computer applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
