Job description

Sales Manager(Real estate Sales Lead)

Exp: 7+ yrs.

Salary: Upto- 9 LPA

(Depending on experience and performance interview )

Openings: 5 positions

Job Location: MG road, Gurgaon

Responsibilities: -

1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.

2. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

4. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

5. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

6. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.

7. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

8. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Requirements: -
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Work experience of minimum 5 years as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Real estate profile.

3. Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.

4. Great interpersonal skills.

5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.

6. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

7. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

8. Outstanding problem-solving skills.

9. Exceptional attention to detail.

10. Hard-working individual.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • total work: 7 years (Required)
  • Real estate sales: 7 years (Required)
