Job PurposeTo support Cambridge University Press India’s academic marketing initiatives working closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales and Editorial teams. This includes implementation of processes and execution of marketing strategies on ground.
Key Responsibilities –
E-mail and Social Media Marketing
- Designing and conducting e-mail marketing campaigns covering both our print and digital product portfolios for lead generation.
- Monitor the leads generated through a Leads’ MIS and share the leads timely with Sales team members.
- Enrich the database by acquiring new data points as per the GDPR guidelines
- Monitor our Social Media pages; Execute social media campaigns – organic and paid, that drive engagement and consistently grow the community.
- Engage with our new and existing authors. Sending them information timely – promotional flyers, listing of the titles on Amazon India
- Arrange to send the author copies, complimentary and ‘Review’ copies as per the Marketing Questionnaire
- Send a ‘Welcome Mail’ to the author, informing them about our standard marketing practices.
- Organize the ‘Book Launches and Book Discussion’ Events for our home-grown titles
- Organize and represent in Academic Events and Conferences for promotion of academic product portfolio – both print and digital
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and smooth conduct of SALAB
- Support the sales team in arranging / participating in Book Exhibitions and Fairs
- Designing and developing marketing literature – catalogues / flyers / brochures;
- Ensuring timely and adequate delivery of the same to respective sales branches
- On-board new vendors and agencies with strict adherence to compliance and policies, ensuring full documentation
