Senior Producer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualization & creation of promos as per guidelines with 100% accuracy
• Editing promos / shooting promos/ fulfilling sales or marketing commitments
• To ensure consistent high quality creative and production within approved budgets, wherever required
• To participate in production process closely.
• To maintain healthy relationships with internal network team & line producers.
• To ensure professional development and readiness to move to the next level of responsibility

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Examination of Promos produced – both edited and shooting promos
• Opening week TRP in case of launch promos, and feedback from respective departments
• Adhering to approved budgets.
• Self-development and readiness to be promoted to the next level.

QUALIFICATION

• Preferably Mass Communication / Film Studies / Advertising Graduate with 5-7 years of TV Programming / Film/Ad Direction / Scripting experience
• Proven expertise and track record in content ideation and execution

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of Film & TV Production, preferably with a theatre/acting background.
• Excellent Problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
• Thorough understanding of the language

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Excellent oral communication and written communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
• Adaptable and flexible to work with multiple stakeholders
