UX Designer JD:Looking to hire UX designers, with work experience of 2-5 years. Responsibilities:-

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers-

Organize and analyze research findings for a better understanding of user insight-

Create user journeys and personas-

Assist in wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flows.-

Identify and troubleshoot UX problemsSkills:- Experience in using UX design best practices, and a good understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.-

Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.-

Having a user-centric mindset, being passionate about resolving user pain points through design.-

Creative and analytical approach.-

Attention to detail-

Ability to work effectively in a team setting-

Knowledge

of design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Zeplin, etc- Portfolio is a must. (ref:hirist.com)
