Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree preferably in information technology or computers
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar profile
Good knowledge of computer hardware, windows server and networking skills, Active Directory Administration, managing anti-virus products

Good hands on experience of Installing, configuration and upgradation of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Install / upgrade operating systems and hardware / software in all the machines.
Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop/Laptop problems for end-users.
Perform quality work on all service requests. (in person or over the phone)
Software/hardware/network diagnosis and troubleshooting
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Enterprise Applications running on Microsoft
Monitor backups on daily basis.
Network knowledge of LAN, WAN, Switch along with administration of Firewall and other network resources.
Interact with staff at the technical level, assist users in accessing applications based on standard.
In Active Directory, creating user accounts or domain ID, resetting password, sharing network drive, permission & group policies etc.
Develop and maintain documentation about current environment setup, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Visiting Branches on planned / emergency basis as and when required.
Vendor co-ordination in terms of Call logging, tracking and closure pertain to hardware or software
