Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Financial Solutions Enabler for its imaging business portfolio. (Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Cathlab machines, etc)

Job Scope
- Drive development of standard and tailored pricing/leasing models for addressing various Customer needs in order to support Healthineers’ vision of becoming a trusted partner to our Customers.
- Act as SPOC for developing financing solutions and enabling management decision making in co-ordination with cross functional stakeholders
- Act as the ‘bridge’ between Customers and Internal stakeholders.
- To drive internal approval processes including risk assessments & risk mitigation solutions.
- Drive formulation of documentation with Customers for won deals with approved T&Cs. Ensure documentation of alignment with internal stakeholders. Support Treasury for completing documentation with banks/external Finance providers.
- Post completing documentation, ensure handover to Order to Cash team for execution.
- Support publishing of Dashboard to Management/Stakeholders covering performance of concluded deals and embed learnings into future deals.
- Support effective operation of sales financing processes in compliance with both internal and external regulations.
Requirement
- Candidate should be a qualified CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA-Fin from reputed Institute.
- 6-8 years of experience in Financial Modeling and different pricing structures with preference for healthcare sales financing related experience in a MNC or Bank/NBFC within the India region.
- Ability to navigate through complex organizational set-up and address business challenges.
- Demonstrated solution oriented mind-set and ability to formulate solutions from scratch.
- Broad and in-depth technical knowledge (including accounting & taxation concepts) of different sales financing solutions ranging from sale of receivables to leasing.
- Well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with Customers, Banks, and internal stakeholders and interfaces (including at Senior Management level).
- Pro-active, self driven and ability to work independently within a dynamic and cross functional environment.
- Strong command of English.
