Handle daily production, control and effectively use production capacity, manpower, and equipment through planning and scheduling to minimize losses.
Prepare periodic production plan.
Suggest / implement new processes.
Should be responsible to achieve the production targets.
Should be able to set the production goal / productivity objectives.
Should be responsible for motivating the employees.
Should be able to maintain record of production and losses and report to seniors.
Should be able to maintain strict plant hygiene, personnel hygiene and housekeeping in production plant.
Knowledge of spoken and written English.
Able to do rotational shift.
Flexible with the timings.
