  • Handle daily production, control and effectively use production capacity, manpower, and equipment through planning and scheduling to minimize losses.
  • Prepare periodic production plan.
  • Suggest / implement new processes.
  • Should be responsible to achieve the production targets.
  • Should be able to set the production goal / productivity objectives.
  • Should be responsible for motivating the employees.
  • Should be able to maintain record of production and losses and report to seniors.
  • Should be able to maintain strict plant hygiene, personnel hygiene and housekeeping in production plant.
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Able to do rotational shift.
  • Flexible with the timings.
