  • Target Achievement:

Drive sales and effectively achieve sales targets through the assigned bank branches.

Actively promote and sell the company’s product offerings.

  • Sales Support:

Provide comprehensive support to the Chief Relationship Officer (CRO) in their sales efforts.

Generate benefit illustrations to assist in client interactions.

Accompany the CRO on client calls when necessary.

  • Relationship Management:

Foster a strong and collaborative relationship with the Branch Managers, officers, and staff at the assigned bank branches.

Establish an open and trusting rapport with key personnel within the bank.

Engage in regular discussions with bank employees to transfer knowledge about insurance and the company’s product offerings.

Address and understand any issues or concerns related to selling insurance, if raised by the bank employees.

Ensure all service requirements, including facilitating medical evaluations, are met to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Lead Generation:

Take the lead in all lead generation initiatives originating from the bank, whether through walk-ins, data-mining, referrals, or other creative methods.

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to communicate their value effectively.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with bank personnel and cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
