We’re hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to work closely with the CEO & CTO, to take many of our responsibilities & make them your own. We will work as a group together, tackling key issues & finding new ways to improve & grow the company. You will have the opportunity to co-pilot a rocketship.

What this job is:

● Help founders ideate and execute across multiple functions such as product, marketing, finance, operations and HRM. Startup founders wear many hats, and so will you.

● Serve as a liaison between staff and the senior leadership team.

● Create world-class reports & presentations, and deliver compelling pitches & product demos.

● Oversee product development & implementation of new features & fixes.

● Carry out complex data analysis to identify growth opportunities, improve user engagement, etc.

What this job isn’t

● This is not a strategy role. You’ll need to be action-biased & will be getting your hands dirty.

● This is not a cushy role. No job should be too small, nor any problem too big to work through.

● This is not a static role. Every day will be different. Things will move fast and so will you.

● This is not a remote role. You’ll need to be with the team.

Who you are

● You have a degree from a top university, preferably in an engineering / quantitative major.

● You are passionate about joining a company on a 1 to 10 journey.

● You are passionate about SaaS, email security & great UX.

● You are structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight.

● You work hard and remain objective oriented at all times.

● You are comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment.
