Roles and Responsibilities

Reaction scheme finalization based on economic viability and plant friendly process
Co-ordination with Regulatory / QC / Commercial / Costing / Project Management.
Planning and coordinating with the subordinates for project related work.
Coordinate for indenting of raw materials / chemicals/ glass wares etc
Literature search of the related product.
Ensure that the safety norms are adhered by the team members.
Ensure the discipline in the lab.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 3 to 10 years in peptide synthesis

Qualification: M.Sc.
