Scope

Handle Workday Advanced Compensation Primarily Bonus process and support in allied and adhoc initiatives and activities in relation to that, HR Analytics and Dashboards

Key Performance Areas
  • Overall Workday Bonus process coordination
  • Data collection from 65+ countries for system configuration
    • Country budgets
    • Country/ entity distribution guidelines
    • Eligibility rules i.e. eligible v/s non eligible population
    • Currency conversion rates for Bonus launch
  • Merit & Bonus SharePoint site administration
    • Site creation
    • Global Security and Access management- GDPR Compliance
    • Folder management
    • Data Archiving
  • Review Bonus comp matrices to ensure correctness
  • Run test cycles and test the Bonus plan configuration, targets and compensation matrix; review Bonus Campaign; run all major compensation reports
  • Run pending transactions report and communicate with HR in all 65 countries to complete them or cancel them
  • Run supervisory organization alignment audit- Circular references, Orphaned organization.
  • Communicate comp process freeze to happen in Q1
  • Monitor Bonus progress and report to Global C&B forum
  • Report any risks or challenges on adhoc basis to Global C&B forum
  • Support payroll partners through Regional C&B wherever required for data upload from Workday Bonus to payroll
  • Regular calls with Regional C&B during Q4 and Q1 to ensure everyone is on the same platform and to ensure process uniformity
  • Point of contact with HRIM team- system configuration all countries
  • Troubleshooting during campaign
  • Global support to managers & HR covering almost all time zones; via phone, teams, screen sharing
  • Backend data correction, addition, deletion of employees
  • Offline employees- mass upload support
  • Offline employees- excel tool support wherever needed
  • Mandatory increases- mass upload support
  • Cross border process- backend support to HR (approx. 3000 Managers in 50 countries)
  • Training material coordination
  • Communication coordination for the process including Bonus page on intranet
  • End to end testing in Workday during Q3 (reconfiguration), Q4 (finalization) and Q1 (readiness)
  • Annual validation of compensation basis for Bonus
  • Annual Validation of Bonus plans data in WD
  • Use feedback after end of process for future improvements- process and technical
  • Daily data backup during campaign through scheduled reports and archiving them ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Adhoc support in the bonus process wherever required
  • HR Dashboards, HR Analytics

Your Profile
  • Goal oriented with solid ability to get results through others
  • Experience working in a cross functional, matrix environment
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent networking skills and capability to handle multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge and experience in managing cross border and cross functional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • 6-10 years relevant experience working in Workday, Human Resources, Global Projects, MNC environment, C&B experience will be preferable
  • University degree

  • Excel and PowerPoint
