Exp: 2-3 years; Job Summary Job Summary Do direct sales of Malabar Developers Residential Projects through execution of sales initiatives ensuring alignment with overall business strategy of MDPL. Roles and Responsibilities

To act as the face of Front Line Sales. Execute sales plans, forecasts and sales initiatives and deliver sales targets of Malabar Developers. Proactively engage in sales visits, calls, sales programs and other sales initiatives to achieve the overall sales target of MDPL. Generate lead through various sales and marketing activities. Assist in marketing activities like Hoardings, Print Advertisement, Radio and other localized Marketing Campaigns in co-ordination with Corporate Office Malabar Developers. Follow up customer enquiries and outdoor sales activities. Accompany customer for demo of mock up flat and site visit. Educate customer on product price and other amenities. Educate customer on various projects and guide them to choose the right option. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. Build good relationships with the potential customer. Responsible for revenue generation and payment collections on Agreement execution. Provide frequent reviews with sales data to superiors. Negotiate/close deals and handle grievances and queries. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Responsible for networking with major industry players and gather informations on competitors business strategy and their activities. To be constantly updated with market situations. Any other additional responsibility would be assigned from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR
