Job Description

  • Oversee and support timely reporting activities (monthly, quarterly and annual)
  • Oversee and support the gathering, analysis and translation of data from numerous sources to provide a clear financial picture. Oversee the preparation of internal financial and operational reports and statements including data, analysis and professional comments to support an effective decision-making process.
  • Oversee and support financial processes for managing and reporting allocations and statutory intercompany invoicing for services, supplies, equipment etc. to / from Teva’s Commercial, R&D, or Global functions business units, or other sites within TGO within TGO.
  • Oversee and support the detailed review of General Ledger postings to ensure accuracy of general ledgers, cost center & profit center accounting
  • Oversee and support the closing process activities, review accruals notifications and ensure accuracy of general ledgers, cost center & profit center accounting. Oversee completion of Flux review to ensure timely and accurate financial statements, prepare data required for Statutory and Global Internal Audits.
  • Oversee and support ERP data maintenance to ensure all balance sheet items are properly classified, valued and supported and that all exposures are identified, communicated and monitored. This includes: A/R, A/P, Capitalization and amortization of prepaid expenses, Investments securities, inventory management, fixed assets, etc.

Qualifications

  • Academic background - accounting, economics, industrial engineering.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in a financial analyst position in an industrial company - preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 3 year experience at a similar role in the field of Cost Accounting/Costing.
  • Minimum 2 year experience as a Group leader of Cost Accounting/Costing teams
