What You’ll Do

  • Handle guest reservations efficiently and accurately via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, rates, and hotel offerings
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in hospitality or travel/tours (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications and reservation systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail
