Our Client is an Irish-American professional services company based in Dublin, specializing in information technology (IT) services and consulting.

Job Title: International voice / chat support role

Work location: PAN Inda (Bangalore / Gurgaon / Delhi NCR / Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad )

Job mode: Work from office

Interview mode: Virtual

Salary for Fresher: 25k CTC

Salary for Experience: Upto 40k CTC

Requirements- Undergraduate / Graduate / Masters fresher and experience both can apply

  • Excellent english communication skill required both verbal and written
  • 5 days working and 2 rotational weekoff
  • Should be flexible to work in rotational shift and night shift (24*7)
  • Both ways transport facility available
  • Should be good in customer handling and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
  • Handling inbound calls and chats from customer and resolving the issues / queries / complaints and request
  • Candidate should have a Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Candidate should be ready to relocate to any of the cities as per job location
  • Candidate should be double vaccinated
