Position Summary

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics is seeking an IT Analyst reporting within the Global information Systems team, with primary responsibility to support our global Legal & Compliance function. Principal accountabilities of this position are to help identify, design, develop, interpret and document requirements and process improvements for existing Legal & Compliance systems (OneTrust, Conga, Alanda, Serengeti, etc), and to proactively deliver process and technology solutions. He/she will also manage Legal & Compliance initiatives & sustainment activities using our SDLC process into robust and valued solutions.

He/she will be a key influencer in solving complex problems involving the extension of Ortho’s existing systems to enable an array of Legal & Compliance technology capabilities including Privacy, Compliance, and Legal. This will require an excellent understanding of the business environment, to assist in defining scope and helping to develop business cases and involve liaising with other departments in Global Information Systems. This position ideally is suited to a self-motivated individual, capable of operating with minimal levels of supervision.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage troubleshooting events and sustainment activities within the Legal & Compliance workstream which includes managing configuration and integrations of Legal & Compliance system including but not limited to OneTrust and Conga.
  • Lead and participate in the design, configuration and testing of Legal & Compliance project initiatives
  • Become an expert in business processes, and work with the business to help define and document, requirements to support deployment of new systems as well as enhancements to existing systems.
  • Work with the Global Information Systems Corporate Services team in as a key liaison point for future systems, and to manage projects, programs, and new solutions through to deployment.
  • Collaborate with business partners to vision strategic roadmaps and to translate business requirements into concrete, specific projects that drive measurable value to the organization and align with our Corporate Services technology strategy.
  • Create project plans, resources plans, risk/issue/dependency management (manage end to end delivery of projects).

Minimum Education or Equivalent Experience Required/Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science) or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.

Minimum Years of Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required/Preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the support and configuration of enterprise wide Legal & Compliance systems.
  • Experience with configuring systems in a SAAS environment
  • Functional experience with SAP a plus
  • Experience with HCP/HCO solutions including transparency reporting
  • Experience with configuring systems in a SAAS environment
  • Knowledge of business strategy and consulting methodologies as well as quality and process improvement methods such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc. are a plus.
  • Experience partnering with a matrix teamed of professionals, and communicating with various levels of management is highly desired. Ability to work with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical.
  • Adept in working in within a mixed technology space including and interfaces to internal/external applications
  • Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to lead and drive for results in challenging conditions
  • Ability to provide technical support for the existing content management environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization, and collaborate with other departments and teams
  • Ability to determine customer-specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs

Required travel % -Limited travel expected, 1-2 trips per year
