Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat on two different company websites
  • Identify customer needs and help customers find what they are looking for

Office Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Including 1 Hour Lunch break)

Leaves: 1 Paid Leave

Holidays: Only selected national holidays are given. We do not provide off for all the national holidays.

Salary: Rs 7000 - 16,000 per month

Appraisal: Fixed 10% every year

Diwali Bonus: We provide Diwali hampers to all our employees. There shall be no cash bonus.
