Roles and Responsibilities


a. Responsible for back office operations.
b. Managing all the outstanding accounts receivables from customers and resolving customer billing issues by coordinating with the accounts team
c. Monitor customer accounts and Identify outstanding account receivables on a daily basis
d. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
e. Should have accounts knowledge & some training in Tally.


3 to 8 years work experience in shipping and logistics industry .

a. Proficient in MS Office .
b. Excellent communication and people skills.
