we are looking for Maintenance engineer for our manufacturing plant located at Sanand

Experience required: min. 6 years experience in maintenance department

must Have experience in maintenance of hydraulic & Pneumatic machines

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure
  • Controlling the MTTR & MTBF matrix for plant machineries and equipment.
  • Develop, execute and monitor the predictive maintenance plans for entire plant equipment and machines ( Molding, Stamping Presses, Basic tool room machines, SPMs. Laser machines)
  • Create and document the SOPs/WI for Maintenance department towards ISO requirements.
  • Meet the statutory compliance requirements for Powder coating, waste treatment, RO plant, ETP,STP, Chiller plants.
  • Adhere to HSE/OHSAS protocols and advocate the safety drive in plant.
  • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out
  • Schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
  • Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) .
  • Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken .
  • Create the SOPs/WI /TPM check lists/Plans for Maintenance department towards ISO requirements.
  • Manage the process of disposal of obsolete machinery and equipment from gaining agreement to write off to physically removing it and its safe and lawful disposal.
  • Must develop the annual/period shutdown plans ( for maintenance ) and SOPs for Shut down and Start up in line with the statutory requirements.
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
  • Any other work related to department allotted by your senior on time to time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
