Roles and Responsibilities

We have urgent openings for the position of Area Manager with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in the Banca Vertical.

Job Description:-


  • Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in the Bancassurance Channel.
  • Has to handle 10 - 12 Branches of a Bank.
  • Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning execution of the Banca team.
  • Building a good relationship with Bank’s Cluster Head, Branch Manager allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Team Handling Experience preferred.
