JOB POSTING

Support the regional/Site Sourcing team to drive procurement of material and services. You will have responsibility to support Project or Site executing Sourcing Plans leveraging Sourcing tools, processes and strategies. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in preparation of Sourcing Plans
  • Execute Sourcing Process and strategies
  • Identifying the right eSourcing strategy, Lotting structure, bidding rules, etc.
  • Conducting eAuction training & support for suppliers & procurement users
  • Promote and improve eSourcing process by developing standard process
  • Identify eAuction opportunities within categories through spend analysis
  • Determine, anticipate & create eAuction spend/save analytic needs for senior leadership
  • Act as a SME for any technical/configuration/upgrades in eAuction system
  • Drive new projects identified by leadership team
  • Perform day to day transactions on the procurement tool
  • Partner with Strategic sourcing specialists, commodity managers, external suppliers, and Business to perform analysis and prioritize needs
  • Responsible for data extraction and reporting
  • Update Tableau dashboard for metric and MOR

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent technical skills in Excel, SQL
  • Experience with visualization software such as Tableau
