About Your Role

We are currently looking for a Regional Manager based at our Mangalore site. This role works within our Explosive Ordnance Services (EO) business - where we provide storage and logistics services to the Department of Defence. The Regional Manager will oversee our Mangalore, Point Wilson, Cerberus and Fort Direction sites and the role will manage the operations of the sites. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and driving safety across the sites
  • Manage the receipt, storage, maintenance and distribution capability for EO
  • Perform stocktake activities and direct transport movements
  • Manage the recruitment and development of staff at the sites
  • Liaise with our customers on requirements, levels of service and opportunities for improvement

How About You

  • Ideally you have qualifications in logistics or similar with demonstrated recent experience working in a complex logistics management role
  • You have managed teams and can also demonstrate experience in continuous improvement initiatives
  • You have excellent communication skills and are highly organised
  • Any experience in defence EO supply chain would be advantageous
