Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for determining customers specific technical requirements and product feature needs; assisting in determining customers project scope and definition of work; generating submittal packages in consultation with the engineering team (product data sheets; bill of materials; standard and customer drawings; layout and connection detail drawings; return on investment analysis; etc.); creating standard drawings for typical product applications; generating quotes.

To monitor customers and competitors activities in the market and update important customer and competitor information to the management.

Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client; capable of managing fairly complex projects.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for actively supporting the product evaluation stage of the sales process working in conjunction with the sales team.

People with high energy level and positive attitude, shall be able to cover the market and communicate with decision makers to bring profitable business to the organization.

The Sales Engineer will also provide post-sales support, including identifying any issues that may arise during onboarding of users to assure customer satisfaction.

Sales executive’s role is to be the key point of contact between company and its Business Partner/Customer/Franchise/ answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
