Description

SCCM
    Validate with candidate about employment history as mentioned in CV and correctness.
    Expertise on 5 core areas of SCCM. Evaluate on at least 2-3 areas.
    Client-Server Architecture knowledge is mandatory.
    Client/Server Architecture, Patch Management, S/W Distribution, OS Deployment, Reporting
    Core concept of different logs are mandatory. SCCM Client side and Server side logs.
    Knowledge of what to check inside of specific logs.
    Network communication ports for SCCM? (e.g. - SMB uses either IP port 139 (with NetBIOS) or 445)
    What are all the client Installation methods? What logs are updated? What Ports are updated?
    What is the backend procedure in client installation?
    What are all the logs we use to check whether the installation is done or not?
    Operating System Deployment steps?
    Patch management process and which target used to check to know the status?
    What are all the logs used to check post patch update?
    SCCM installation, OSD, Software distribution and Deployment and Patch Management as well.
    Components and Background process of Distribution Point
    Configuration on Cloud Management Gateway and SCCM
    Logs to check the configuration
    Certificate to use for CMG
    How will you find the certificate for CMG
    What Azure services need to be configured before you use CMG
    Co-management - support client from Intranet and Internet
    Difference between Workload and co-management
    Difference between CMG and Co-management
    Configure workload from Intune that can be managed from SCCM or from Intune

Intune
    Core Concept and understanding of SCCM is mandatory as mentioned above.
    Knowledge on Active Directory or Azure AD, Roles, Permissions and Group Policy
    Knowledge of MS Intune, mobile device management, mobile application management.
    Explain different types of enrollment in iOS, Android or windows device.
    Differentiate between Azure AD join Vs Azure AD registered Vs Hybrid Azure AD join
    Knowledge of terminologies in Intune like Conditional Access, SCEP, Supervised Mode, User Affinity Enrollment and without user affinity enrollment.
    Remotely managed Devices
    Create compliance rules for users and devices
    Control device features and settings
    Devices and data protection
    App protection policies
    Hybrid Autopilot
    Policy Conflict.
    Troubleshooting Policy related issues.
