Job Description

POSITION TITLE: Senior Support Engineer L2 Application Support

REPORTING TO: Manager

REPORTING LOCATION: Bangalore - India

Responsibilities:

1) Develop expertise on in-house applications.

2) Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure

3) L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners, infrastructure support

4) Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle

5) Package install, upgrades in different environments

6) Co-ordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.

7) Deployment of patches in multiple environments and tracking the same.

8) Support L3 team during implementation.

Must Have:

1) Minimum 5+ yrs experience in L2 Application Support

2) ITIL foundation certification

3) Strong in SQL Fundamentals

4) Good oral and written communication skills

Technical Skills

1) ASP.NET, C#, JQuery, Java Script, RESTFUL Web API

2) SQL queries

3)CMS tool

4)IIS
