Job description

Job Locations : Delhi/NCR, Haryana-GT Belt , Uttarakhand, Vijaywada

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • To expand the distribution network of the company.
  • Manage primary sales activities to generate revenue.
  • Create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to expand the distribution network.
  • Evaluate sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings and conferences.Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  • Implementing sales goals and strategies and communicating them to key individuals.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.

Required Candidate profile

  • Proven work experience in the Switchgears Industry.
  • Should have good knowledge about the Switchgear and LED Industry and should have good connections in the industry.
  • Prior experience in sales of more than 4 years in the Switchgear and LED Industry is a must.
  • Good knowledge of Channels Sales Management.
  • Should be able to meet dealers, distributors, builders, architects and real estate companies etc. for building up potential new sales contracts.
  • Good Communication Skills.
