Job Description:

• Should have experience in QA process, and QA methodology.
• Must have experience on Web-based Applications.
• Implementation Experience is a Plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication to effectively work in a global environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with lead on project estimation and test plan.
• Create Test and Design Tests for Effective and Comprehensive QA Test Coverage after understanding the requirements.
• Execute Test Cases and ensure Test Completion.
• Provide the real time status and day-to-day reports to QA board.
• Maintain Test landscape and Test environments for the QA Projects.
• Strong exposure with SDLC and methodologies (AGILE, Waterfall etc.) and Test Life Cycle.
• Work with the development team for various meetings and report the daily status to Product Managers and QA Managers.
• Daily SCRUM calls to document and present the test results summary and details.
  Work on customer issues and requirements.
• Deployment instructions and release notes review.

Job Requirements:

• Software Analysis & Design knowledge and a strong background in Software Quality & Testing.
• Should be a strategic thinker having analytical problem solving and passion for quality.
• Experience in writing test specifications and test cases based on requirements and execution of test plans in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression and system testing.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira.
• Discover high impact defects in Client, Server, Database and software Application solutions.
• Mentor fresher.
• Reviewing test cases created by other team members.
• Work with development team regarding – requirement, issue fixation, priority etc.
• Good skills in writing SQL queries.
• Functional Testing experience in enterprise Applications like SAP, Oracle, Identity and access Management and PACS is plus
• Experience in SAP Security, Compliance like CIP, NERC, SOX, JSOX is plus
• Good to have experience on Webservers like Tomcat, WAS.
• Experience in Exchange, LDAP, Active Directory is plus
• Any SAP Module Knowledge is a Plus.
• Implementation Experience at Customer Site is a Plus.
• Work on SSO Setup is plus.
• Working on Customer HFs track is plus.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands on Functional Testing, Regression testing, sanity testing, smoke testing and Usability testing etc.
• Good in-depth understanding skills and hands on experience in Test Case Design.
• Very good troubleshooting and analytic skills to find the root cause of any issue.
• Work Experience on Database like Oracle, SQLServer etc.
• Experience of bug reporting with tool like JIRA, Bugzilla or any other tool.
• Worked on test management tool like Zephyr or any other tool.
• Working experience on some API tool like SOAPUI, Postman.
• Sharing Daily status Report, weekly status report etc.
• Time management skills.
• Communications skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills to effectively work in a global environment.

Good to Have:

• Capable of Build deployments and Environment setup with clustering and load balancer.
• Troubleshooting on various Application and web servers like Tomcat, Weblogic, WAS, etc.
• Has good understanding of systems like LDAP and systems like SAP, Active Directory.
• Any Identity Manager: Oracle Identity Manager or Sun IDM, Sail Point etc.
• Any Single Sign On Solution: Oracle Access Manager, PingFederate, Oauth2.0
• Tools: VMware Workstation, LDAP Browser, SQL Developer
• Knowledge on third party systems like SAP, AD/LDAP, Unix, Messaging services
• Working knowledge of PACS Systems like Lenel, CCURE, Prowatch, etc.
• Experience in ETL Tools like Pentaho, Apache Nifi
• Experience in test planning and Test Estimation
• Knowledge on Lenel or CCURE Access Control Systems.
• Worked on security or automation validation.
• ISTQB Certification etc.
