The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by CTC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions.

T his role will support the GIAM Privileged Access Management group through developing and solving business problems via innovation & engineering practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with the stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of Database and ETL development experience with wide variety of database tools and ETL tools.
  • Pentaho, Informatica or an any other relevant ETL tools
  • Strong database and SQL experience. Preferably MSSQL stored procedures and SQL knowledge
  • Manage end to end data collection and collaboration processes to meet SLAs
  • Proficient in at least one or more software languages (e.g. Python, Java, etc.) with respect to designing, coding, testing, and software delivery.
  • Design, code, test and deliver software to automate manual operational work
  • Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents
  • Experience in projects with large data volumes
  • Experience in resolving data processing performance issues through improvements
  • Experience in Agile development lifecycle methodology - Scrums, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration
  • Good understanding of various OS and Databases access models like user and privileges setup/ grants
  • Working knowledge in developing and integrating using Web Services, APIs
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure components. (eg. routers, load balancers , cloud products , container systems , compute, storage and networks)
