PIC- Program Engineer: Detailed job description of programming.

 Production of program design documents for integration of UOP and customer control systems that meet project requirements
 Programming development in Wonder ware and/or of PLCs (Modules Modicon, Allen Bradly, Schneider - Triconex, C300 safety manager)
 Production of controls (PLC and HMI) programs that meet project requirements and HMI graphics & Screens as per customer requirement
 Production of DCS programming specifications and DCS list
 Production of DCS – PLC interface specifications
 Implement logics in the program by understanding the technology and control design requirements
 Perform program simulations and checkouts as per logic defined
 Modification of the program to new updated versions for the re-vamps
 Control system FAT- At vendor shop and at Customer location
 Monitor status and ensure delivery of project program deliverables within schedule
 Provide support for requisitioning and selection of Control Systems
 Provide remote support UOP field startup personnel
 Provide support for Sales and Proposal Support resources for new and revamp opportunities
 Propose control system solutions that meet the customer’s projects objectives, as communicated by sales, with understood levels of risk
 Propose and design control system solutions that are smoothly handed off for project execution
 Provide input for technical guidelines and standards
 Independently plan and implement tool and/or work process, improvement changes based on direction from group manager
 Manage issues related to handoffs between groups
 Independently plan and implement infrastructure projects based on direction from group manager

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering

oWell versed with WonderWare
oThey should know Programming Languages ?- C , C++ , Visual Basic , PLC Programming(RSLOGIX 500,5000,Simatic S7,Tristation etc)
oPlatforms worked ? – Rockwell automation(Allen Bradley), siemens, Schneider(Triconex) , Honeywell (C300) etc
oExecuting Factory Acceptance Test
oSite Acceptance Test
oStartup and commissioning support.
