With Heart.Location: ChennaiRole OverviewYour Tasks – What You can Expect as Sr. Executive - Customer Support & Services(f/m/d):
  • Managing ink inventories
  • Managing colour matching and ink blending activities
  • Maintaining colour files and creating job setups for presses
  • Performing technical services and press-side troubleshooting as necessary
  • Managing Ink Management System procedures and improvements
  • Participating in problem-solving exercises
  • As & when required, work closely with the personnel of the Seller to ensure the meeting the proper procedures, work flow, quality, related standards.
  • Acting as a liaison officer Seller and Purchase for ensuring the leveraging of proper resources for managing ink inventories
Your Profile – What do You bring as Sr. Executive - Customer Support & Services(f/m/d):
  • Should be conversant in local language.
  • Will be responsible for MIS
