Qualifications GRADUATE
Minimum experience 3 to 5 yrs in BPO TELECALLER JOB

Responsibilities of BPO Team leader.

1. Should have the TEAM leading power.
2. Having good command over English and hindi.
3. Possessing the high intelligence and ability to identify a person.

Who can focus on work, willingness, desire, dedication, hardworking capability,flexibility in work, consistency, punctuality and patience, should have problem solving abilities , negotiation skill, mission involving and visionary, able to take responsibility, enthusiasm, controlling emotions, self decision making, broad minded, having creative ideas, determination and aggressive, maintain hierarchy communication, honest and sincerity is must, having a full confidence, able to maintain quality in grooming, strong motivating and convincing power , strong communication skills, good presentation skills
