Job Title: Global Planner & Order Fulfilment Analyst

Location: Coimbatore, India

The Global Planner & Order Fulfillment analyst will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of all order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. This role will require a strong understanding of production planning, order management, inventory management, and logistics processes. The Global Planner & Order Fulfillment analyst will work closely with the production, engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

  • Manage and update the production build plan with new updates on a daily basis.
  • Validate and verify slotting tool and build plan on a weekly basis
  • Approve all open and new orders, create and manage all tool and option orders in the system.
  • Manage shortages and material expediting, daily tool configuration changes and updates.
  • Work with the shipping department to ensure proper packing and shipment of orders.
  • Manage outsourcing supply planning and forecast, purchase order management, and troubleshoot invoice and material receipt issues.
  • Manage spare part allocation and shipment, supporting field service team.
  • Support finance/AP processes, including customer returns and invoice troubleshooting.
  • Manage SFDC case and quote management, tool and options quotes and order entry, and customer relationship management.
  • Manage new product introduction processes, including BOM and part number creation/changes, and expediting materials and placing part orders.
  • This position will require the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree and two to five years prior work experience in production Planning & order fulfilment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of managing complex processes and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Any ERP hands-on usage experience preferred.
  • ERP & MRP tools experience; experience using pc/MRP / NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and advanced planning & forecasting techniques.
