We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations

Department Overview


The Corporate Tax Department is primarily comprised of six groups dedicated to delivering comprehensive corporate income tax services to Wells Fargo & Company and subsidiaries.

About the Role


This position will be an important member of a growing team of Finance and Accounting professionals supporting the Tax Controller’s team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the global Transfer Pricing oversight framework in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
  • Support the company’s governance framework to monitor the effective selection, application and documentation of Transfer Pricing policies.
  • This includes data gathering and analysis, preparation of meeting materials, ongoing project management and tracking of open items.
  • Support the ongoing analysis of financial data of related party transactions provided by other functional support groups.
  • Work with other corporate teams to support the governance of all aspects that are relevant for Transfer Pricing.
  • Over time, this team member will help drive efficiency and automation of these processes.


Market Skills and Certifications


Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or International Business.
  • 3+ years of corporate tax, finance or similar experience.
  • Basic understanding of International Tax / Transfer Pricing concepts, the OECD Transfer Pricing guidelines, Country specific Transfer Pricing regulations as well as the interaction of international guidelines and country specific rules.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prepare presentations, financial and management reporting, and statistical analysis.


Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • An active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
