  • Recruitment and management of Agents
  • Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of the market/ products.
  • Monitor and review the agents performance.
  • Help them achieve maximum business.
  • Seek new customers and increase sales Key Performance
  • Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and Advice.
  • Position of Team Leader.
Candidate Profile.
  • Pay Roll: On Roll.
  • Experience: Mini. 2 Years experience required in field sales and marketing.
  • CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefits (Defer as Per your Interview).
  • Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory.
