Designation : Technical Customer support executive

Experience : 2-6yrs

Location : chennai

Salary : Best in industry


Shift : 6:30PM -3:30AM


Skills Needed:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Technical Support field.
  • Experience in supporting in-house applications (online or desktop softwares).
  • Candidate should have troubleshooting skills, and support experience on following: -
    • Basic application level troubleshooting
    • Good understanding of the MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
    • International Voice ProcessMandatory
    • Good Debugging Skills
    • Experience in Email, Chat & Voice Support is must
  • Should be a very good team player, collaborative, self-learner and self-motivated
  • Good understanding of English and good communication skills (Verbal and Written) is must
  • Should have customer handling skills.
  • Experience in handling support calls.
  • Preferably exposure to multi-culture environment
  • Flexibility to work 24*7 shifts.
  • Graduation is a must.
