We are hiring Customer support Executivefor one of our leading client
Designation : Technical Customer support executive
Experience : 2-6yrs
Location : chennai
Salary : Best in industry
Shift : 6:30PM -3:30AM
Skills Needed:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Technical Support field.
- Experience in supporting in-house applications (online or desktop softwares).
- Candidate should have troubleshooting skills, and support experience on following: -
- Basic application level troubleshooting
- Good understanding of the MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
- International Voice ProcessMandatory
- Good Debugging Skills
- Experience in Email, Chat & Voice Support is must
- Should be a very good team player, collaborative, self-learner and self-motivated
- Good understanding of English and good communication skills (Verbal and Written) is must
- Should have customer handling skills.
- Experience in handling support calls.
- Preferably exposure to multi-culture environment
- Flexibility to work 24*7 shifts.
- Graduation is a must.
