We are hiring Customer support Executivefor one of our leading client

Designation : Technical Customer support executive

Experience : 2-6yrs

Location : chennai

Salary : Best in industry

Shift : 6:30PM -3:30AM

Skills Needed:

At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Technical Support field.
Experience in supporting in-house applications (online or desktop softwares).
Candidate should have troubleshooting skills, and support experience on following: -

Basic application level troubleshooting
Good understanding of the MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
International Voice ProcessMandatory
Good Debugging Skills
Experience in Email, Chat & Voice Support is must

Should be a very good team player, collaborative, self-learner and self-motivated
Good understanding of English and good communication skills (Verbal and Written) is must
Should have customer handling skills.
Experience in handling support calls.
Preferably exposure to multi-culture environment
Flexibility to work 24*7 shifts.
Graduation is a must.
