Shift: US Shift(6.30 Pm to 3.30 AM IST)

Desired Candidate Profile


Excellent Communication Skill is Mandatory (written & oral). • Must be hands on experience in recruitment life cycle. • Hands on experience in using tools (Monster, Dice , Linkedin Vendors etc.) to source candidates and submit. • Must have knowledge about US Tax terms and contracts Corp to Corp, 1099, W2, Fulltime. • Clear understanding of US Citizen, GC, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, GC-EAD, TN, L1, E1 etc. and other valid working visa in USA .


Roles and Responsibilities

Job Role & Responsibilities: • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, qualifying and closing IT recruitments using recruitment tools effectively. • As a Technical Recruiter responsible for identifying the best candidates to fill open positions and deliver on organizational objectives in assigned timelines. • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment Sourcing & screening potential IT candidates for full time & contract openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements • Pool-up potential candidates according to the client requirements • Schedule interviews with hiring managers. • Coordinate with hiring managers/account managers on requirements and feedback for interviewed candidates. • Report daily work status to the respective Team leads. • Collect necessary document from candidates as per the recruitment process. • Established and maintained professional relationships with candidates. • Submit minimum 2 profiles per day. • Maintain candidate database
